This role involves providing high-level oversight of the organization, day-to-day administrative and program delivery, and a focus on long-term sustainability, governance, and external relations. The successful candidate will be expected to serve as the primary advisor to the Chief and Council, implement strategic plans, supervise executive reports, and lead the development of organizational policies and strategic initiatives.
Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, or a related field, with a Master’s degree being advantageous. Extensive experience in a senior executive role with a proven track record in strategic planning and organizational leadership is required.
