The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical and administrative supervision to a team of clinical staff within MSOP's Moose Lake facility, playing a key role in program implementation, crisis response and multidisciplinary collaboration.Primary ResponsibilitiesOversee the implementation of sex offense‐specific treatment programmingProvide clinical oversight and guidance to a team of clinical staffOffer regular supervision related to clinical skill, treatment planning, client progress and documentationFacilitate meetingsCoordinate with a multidisciplinary teamMaintain a therapeutic environmentPerform administrative duties, including adherence to labor agreements, hiring and performance managementMinimum QualificationsMaster's or Doctorate degree in psychology, social work or related fieldLicensed or license‐eligible as a mental health professional (LP, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW) in MinnesotaTwo years of clinical supervisory experience in mental health and/or sex offense‐specific treatment or assessmentAlternative QualificationsMaster's or Doctorate degree in psychology, social work or related fieldLicensed or license‐eligible as a mental health professional (LP, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW) in MinnesotaThree years of clinical experience with sex offense‐specific treatment or assessmentDemonstrated leadership experience, including at least 1 year of identifying issues, goals and strategic actions,
