Responsibilities

- Supervise and care for a child, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and assisting with personal hygiene.
- Plan and organize activities such as games and outings.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks.
- Provide secure and healthy environment at the family home.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Travel with the family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping during travel.
- Maintain the child’s emotional well‑being and support social development.
- Assume full responsibility for household tasks in the absence of the parents.

Qualifications

- High‑school diploma or equivalent.




- English language proficiency.
- Prior experience with child care is an asset.
- Criminal record check required.
- Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lb).
- Client‑focused, organized, reliable, able to manage time, patient, honest, and proactive.
