Your leadership plays a crucial role in driving business results in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement clinic action plans based on regional needs
• Track and improve operational and patient experience KPIs




• Ensure all clinics comply with healthcare regulations
• Mentor and guide Center Directors for improved performance
• Assess clinic standards through regular site evaluations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or Business desirable
• 3+ years in multi-site leadership or 5+ years in a single unit
• Professional and solution-focused conflict resolution skills
