The clinic is designed to fill a critical gap between primary care, urgent care, and emergency departments by providing timely, appropriate, and patient-centered medical care in an efficient and structured environment. The Minor Injury Clinic is a physician-led model built around patient quality, collaborative care, and sustainability.The OpportunityWe are seeking a Minor Injury Physician to join the founding medical team at Manitoba Minor Injury. This is a salaried employee position, intentionally structured to support thoughtful clinical decision-making, manageable caseloads, and professional longevity.Physicians will focus on triage, assessment, and care planning for minor injuries, with the ability to refer patients directly to an on-site multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. The clinic is fully equipped with multiple exam rooms and medical imaging,
