Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a Rehab Assistant to support patients in home care under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and a Physiotherapist. You will implement rehab programs, promote independence, and assist with ADL and mobility activities to support recovery and community reintegration.
Applicants should have a recognized Rehabilitation Assistant program (or related degree), solid communication, and a patient‑centered approach.
