This full-time role revolves around staff leadership and the provision of essential resources for individuals experiencing homelessness.The Shelter Overnight Team Lead supervises support staff at Main Street Project's emergency shelter, ensuring that team members are effectively onboarded and trained. You will address immediate community member needs while maintaining compliance with established protocols.
