This full-time role is crucial for overseeing the Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance team. You will implement maintenance plans and improve reliability in various electrical systems. Your leadership will be essential for ensuring compliance with safety standards and coordinating efforts across departments for successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate maintenance activities for electrical systems and instrumentation
• Manage and mentor the E&I; maintenance team for performance
• Supervise the operation of electrical systems including MCCs and transformers
• Assist with safety procedures and regulatory compliance
• Review technical documents for maintenance execution
Requirements:
• High school diploma with post-secondary education in E&I;
• 309A or 447A certificate required
• Minimum 7 years of experience, with 3 years in a supervisory role
• Expertise in control systems and safety regulations
• Robust communication and analytical skills
