What you’ll do (and love!)
- Welcome patients with professionalism and a warm attitude
- Answer calls and manage appointments
- Meet patients during information sessions and present our services
- Prepare surgical files (no boring routine!)
- Draft medical and administrative documents
- Support the team during busy periods
- Contribute to internal and external communications
- Assist with billing and basic accounting tasks
- Manage files (scanning, filing, organization)

Profile Required
- Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) – mandatory
- College diploma (DEC) or equivalent
- Strong customer service experience with a clear understanding of patient needs
- Proactive attitude, dynamic, and eager to learn and grow
- Professional presentation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- High adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Exemplary professionalism, discretion, and respect for confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable working with various digital tools and systems
Assets
- Experience in a medical or clinical environment
- Diploma in Medical Secretary (DEP)
