We focus on excellence and are committed to support and develop our teams!POSITION OBJECTIVE:Responsible for coordinating aeronautical documents, manuals, subscriptions, and safety-related materials to support safe and compliant operations. Acts as an intermediary between internal teams, regulatory authorities, and suppliers, while ensuring information is accurate, up-to-date, and cost-effectively managed.SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinate the development of aircraft Minimum Equipment Lists (MELs); Ensure control anddistribution of manufacturer publications,



ensure accuracy and updating of applicable lists, documents and systems, and upload relevant documents to SharePoint; Act as a liaison betweenFlight Operations, Maintenance, and Transport Canada regarding MEL submissions and approvals; Resolve subscription issues with relevant suppliers; Collaborate with the finance department regarding subscription invoices and dispute resolution; Perform cost analyses tooptimize subscription cost-effectiveness; Perform any other related tasks, as needed.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS:Post-secondary or college diploma in a related field; Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant progressive experience in the aviation sector or a related field; Technical experience is considered an asset; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel); Working knowledge or experience with SharePoint and various Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) publication systems is an asset; Excellent organizationalskills and strong attention to detail; Strong team spirit;Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written; Knowledge of French is highly desirable; Autonomous and motivatedperson, able to work under pressure in a dynamic and demanding environment.Benefits:Hybrid work arrangementsCompetitive group insurance plan for you and your eligible dependents, including health, vision, and dental plansEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Group retirement savings plan with equivalent company contributionPaid time off, including sick days and personal daysEmployee referral programService recognition awardsSkyservice is an equal opportunity employer and all interested applicants are welcome.
