We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant to support the migration, installation, and eventual maintenance of our SAP S/4HANA environment. The ideal candidate brings deep hands‐on experience with SAP infrastructure across the full system lifecycle — from installations and system migrations to day‐to‐day basis operations — and is comfortable operating in a complex, highly regulated financial services environment.Core ResponsibilitiesS/4HANA Migration & ImplementationSupport end-to-end migration to SAP S/4HANAPerform installation, configuration, and landscape management of SAP S/4HANA systems in accordance with SAP-endorsed architecturesManage transport management systems (TMS), system copies, client copies, and refreshes across Dev/QA/Prod landscapesCoordinate with SAP and cloud infrastructure teams on sizing, OS/DB configuration, and high availability / disaster recovery setupWork with SAP S/4HANA APIs to support integration design and connectivitySAP Basis Administration & SupportProvide ongoing Basis support for the following SAP environments:SAP ECC (legacy landscape maintenance and co-existence)SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation)Fixed Assets (FI-AA) and Accounts Payable (FI-AP) modules within the Financial Accounting (FI) landscapePerform system monitoring, performance tuning, patch management, and kernel upgradesManage user administration, roles, authorizations, and SNC/SSO configurationsLandscape & Release ManagementManage SAP system landscapes across multiple environments, ensuring stability and compliance with change management policiesRequired Qualifications5+ years of SAP Basis administration experienceProven hands‐on experience with SAP S/4HANA installation,



system conversion, and migrationStrong working knowledge of SAP Basis administrationExperience supporting SAP ECC, SAP BPC, FI-AA (Fixed Assets), and FI-AP (Accounts Payable) environmentsFamiliarity with SAP S/4HANA architecture, tooling, and API landscapeKnowledge of SAP HANA database administration (backup/recovery, system replication, performance)Experience with high availability and DR configurationsStrong understanding of OS-level administration (Linux/Unix) and virtualizationStrong understanding of DB2 Database ManagementExcellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred / Nice-to-Have QualificationsBackground in ABAP development — ability to read, debug, and write ABAP code to support Basis-related troubleshooting and transport resolutionExperience with ETL processes and data pipeline design, particularly in the context of SAP data extractionHands‐on experience with Snowflake and supporting data migration from SAP to Snowflake, including schema mapping, delta loads, and data validationFamiliarity with SAP integration patterns and API consumptionExperience in financial services or capital markets environments (regulatory compliance, audit trails, SOX controls)SAP certifications in Basis / Technology (e.G., C_TADM_23, C_HANADEV, or equivalent)What We're Looking ForYou are someone who can operate independently, communicate clearly with both technical and functional stakeholders, and bring structure to complex migration and support engagements.
