Senior Project Manager – Highway MaintenanceLedcor Highway Maintenance provides year-round highway maintenance services under long-term contracts to Alberta's Transportation and Economic Corridors in the Edmonton and Grande Prairie areas. We are seeking Senior Project Managers with the leadership experience and expertise to oversee and support the delivery of critical highway maintenance projects.As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of these projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within scope and budget, and in alignment with the industry's highest quality and safety standards. This role oversees multiple highway maintenance projects with total project durations ranging from three to ten years in various locations and varying levels of complexity across multiple clients and distinct contract requirements. The typical total revenue portfolio for this role is approximately $60M per year, with individual projects values ranging from $5M to $30M per year. The role typically oversees between three and seven direct reports and interacts closely with operations teams to facilitate project delivery with dedicated workforces, typically ranging from 20 – 70 craft employees and associated subcontractors and vendors.ResponsibilitiesChampion and uphold Ledcor's safety-first culture, ensuring all safety and environmental standards are met or exceeded on all project work sitesOversee the project financial health, including project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using industry-standard tools and methodologiesManage project systems, including cost tracking, reporting,



and documentationSupport the implementation of the Quality Management Program and ensure compliance with internal and external quality specifications and requirementsCoordinate with team members to engage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and servicesEffectively execute contracts and manage change ordersEngage with and support labour relations, human resources, and payroll teams with the application of systems such as Workday and InEightServe as the primary client relationship holder at the project levelKey QualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience working in dynamic project manager roles, including construction, services or industrial settingsDeep understanding of health and safety as a core company valueExperience working with Canadian Construction Safety Association (CCSA) members would be an assetAn engineering, Master of Business Administration, financial designation or other relevant postsecondary degree would be considered an assetDemonstrated understanding of key project manager responsibilitiesOpen to relocation to the Edmonton area (relocation packages available)LeadershipSuccessful track record of leading teams up to seven direct reports across remote worksites, including employee growth and development, coaching, setting and monitoring performance and expectationsUse of formal performance processes would be an assetContract ManagementUnderstanding,
