In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee multiple dining areas while using your customer service experience. Your passion for mentoring, menu planning, and food presentation will guide the Retirement and Long Term Care teams. You will also ensure compliance with health standards while inspiring creativity in event planning and enhancing resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead teams in meal planning and presentation
Mentor and coach hospitality staff for excellence
Ensure cleanliness standards in kitchens and dining




Develop special events in collaboration with marketing
Monitor food service orders for village needs

Requirements:
Experience in customer service-driven environments
Advanced Food Handlers Certificate and Smart Serve certification
Robust computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office
Prior experience in senior living environments is valuable
Relevant qualifications in hospitality management preferred
