Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training)
About The Role
We're looking for experienced Health Informatics Analysts to help evaluate and improve AI systems being trained on healthcare and clinical data. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research teams and labs — and your domain expertise will directly influence how AI understands, interprets, and communicates complex health information.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role ideal for health informatics professionals who want to apply their skills in a cutting-edge AI setting.

What You'll Do
Analyze and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to healthcare data, EHR systems, and clinical workflows for accuracy and quality
Review and assess health informatics content including clinical reporting, data pipelines, and system performance evaluations
Identify errors, inconsistencies, or gaps in AI-generated healthcare information and provide structured, actionable feedback
Apply your knowledge of EHR systems and clinical operations to help AI models better understand real-world healthcare contexts
Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments at a pace that suits you
Who You Are
Experienced with healthcare data, EHR platforms, or clinical information systems
Solid analytical thinker with a background in data interpretation, reporting, or trend analysis
Comfortable evaluating the accuracy and quality of health-related content at scale
Able to communicate clearly and provide structured written feedback
Cooperative by nature — you understand both clinical and technical stakeholder needs
No prior AI or data annotation experience required
Nice to Have
Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation frameworks
Familiarity with clinical decision support systems or healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR)
Background in health IT, informatics research, or clinical operations consulting
