Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing is seeking a Breakfast Cook to prepare high-quality breakfast buffets for up to 150 employees in Saddle Mountain Restaurant, Blue River, BC. This full time seasonal role requires Food Secure and WHMIS, a culinary diploma, and 2–3 years of relevant experience.
You will work with a team to maintain cleanliness, safety, and effective service throughout long day shifts. Responsibilities include buffets setup/teardown, inventory checks, and following health regulations.
