Become part of Medavie Health Services West as a Primary Care Paramedic in Saskatoon’s Police Service Detention. This role demands clinical autonomy while ensuring patient safety and public health.

We are looking for a dedicated Paramedic for a permanent part time position in Saskatoon. The ideal candidate must meet all Saskatchewan legislated requirements, have current registration with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics, and possess solid interpersonal skills.

You will work independently while maintaining equipment and following established protocols, contributing to effective emergency care.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide independent primary clinical care in detention settings
Maintain and operate medical equipment for patients
Adhere to NOCP and Medavie Health protocols




Collaborate with law enforcement and healthcare teams
Ensure patient confidentiality and safety standards

Requirements:
Current registration with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics
Valid Class 4 Driver's License and current ITLS/CPR certification
Clean criminal record and driving abstract within last 30 days
Ability to work assigned shifts with valuable attendance
Demonstrated professionalism and excellent work habits
