Duties

Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and upselling opportunities
Maintain organized checkout areas and ensure product displays are tidy
Engage in basic merchandising tasks to enhance store presentation
Communicate effectively with customers,
providing clear information about products and services
Manage time efficiently during busy periods to minimize wait times
Uphold phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries
Support store team with inventory management and restocking as needed
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills required
Solid communication skills, organizational skills, and time management abilities essential for success
Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, or technical sales is a plus
