Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and dependable Exterior Carpenter to join our growing construction team. This role is best suited for a senior-level carpenter who can work independently, take ownership of projects, and consistently deliver high-quality workmanship.

Duties
Complete exterior carpentry work on recent home construction projects
Perform roofing and siding repairs, as well as full siding installations
Handle occasional flat roofing projects
Carry out general carpentry tasks including cutting, shaping, and assembling materials
Read and interpret basic plans and layouts as required
Work independently to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Ensure all work meets quality expectations and company standards

Requirements
Strong background in exterior carpentry (siding, roofing,



framing, etc.)
Ability to work independently and manage tasks without constant supervision
High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Reliable, professional, and consistent
Physically capable of handling demanding job site conditions
Own truck and tools preferred
