About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for AI Delivery in Canada. This leadership role is pivotal in transforming strategic AI priorities into scalable, production-ready solutions that provide tangible business value. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams, driving the adoption of up-to-date AI delivery practices, and ensuring that AI solutions are reusable, responsible,



and aligned with business objectives.

The role demands a leader who can balance speed, innovation, and operational excellence, and who is adept at building and scaling AI delivery capabilities within an enterprise environment.

Candidates for this position should have a minimum of 12 years' progressive leadership experience in delivering large-scale technology, digital, data, analytics, AI, or business transformation initiatives. A solid background in leading multidisciplinary teams and a proven track record in building and scaling contemporary delivery organizations, particularly in the AI domain, are essential.
The role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, delivery approaches, and the ability to influence executive stakeholders. Experience in transforming organizations from project-based to product-based delivery models and a strong grasp of responsible AI principles are also key qualifications.

A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with advanced degrees being an asset, and experience in highly regulated industries is preferred.
