Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses by developing and implementing personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities
Assess patients’ physical conditions through detailed evaluations and medical history reviews
Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, reducing pain, and restoring function
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities tailored to patient needs
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and health maintenance
Document patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes accurately in medical records
Collaborate with physicians, nurses,
and other healthcare specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care
Stay current with the latest physiotherapy techniques and best practices through ongoing professional development
Qualifications
Valid license or certification as a Physiotherapist in accordance with state regulations
Prior experience in hospital settings preferred; experience in acute care and pediatrics is highly desirable
Robust knowledge of medical terminology and rehabilitation techniques
Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Compassionate approach with a commitment to improving patient outcomes
Ability to adapt treatment plans based on individual patient needs and progress
