What You’ll Do:• Handle incoming calls, emails, web chats, and social media inquiries
Offer and promote maintenance plans and memberships
Book and follow up on service estimates and opportunities
Upsell maintenance services and other home comfort solutions (we’ll train you!)
Coordinate technicians efficiently and keep customers informed
Process payments and update customer records
Contribute to sales goals and earn bonuses and commissions for your results
What You Bring:
Strong communication and time management skills
A friendly, customer-first attitude
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
Inside sales or scheduling experience (HVAC or trades background is an asset)
Availability:
Full-time position – must be flexible for daytime, evening, or weekend shifts
Salary: $20 per hour + bonuses and commission opportunities
