This role will drive measurable improvements in turnaround time, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction across StandardAero. The VP will work cross-functionally to deliver a world-class transformation roadmap aligned to business strategy, integrating best practices in lean, digitization, change management, and strategic program execution.Locations: Winnipeg, MB or Summerside, PE preferredResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead the MRO transformation strategy, aligning SAOS (Standard Aero Operating System) for cost competitiveness, customer satisfaction, and growth.Partner with functional leaders (operations, engineering, supply chain, quality, finance, IT) to deliver end-to-end process and system improvements.Lead a transformation office responsible for driving major initiatives across network optimization, digital workflows, predictive maintenance, shop floor automation, SIOP maturity, and cultural change.Drive lean maturity, OpEx culture, and standard work deployment across all MRO facilities.Establish KPIs and governance to track and report transformation value creation.Ensure effective change management and stakeholder engagement to support adoption and sustainment.Responsible for end-to-end management of complex, multi-site transformation projects across planning, execution, and sustainment processes.
