We are actively seeking a Licensed Plumber (306A) to join a growing, reputable mechanical contractor with over 25 years of success delivering top‑tier plumbing and HVAC solutions across the Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial (ICI) sectors. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality service and repairs on a wide range of commercial/industrial plumbing systems
- Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner on every job site
- Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications with accuracy and efficiency
- Accurately estimate job costs including materials and labour
- Respond promptly to emergency service calls (e.g., clogged drains, frozen pipes, broken lines)
- Maintain organized records and daily activity logs
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, regulations, and company safety protocols
Requirements
- Valid 306A Plumbing Journeyperson License (mandatory)
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a commercial, industrial, or institutional plumbing environment
- Backflow Certification is a must
- Experience in drain work is an asset
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and job documentation skills
- Working at Heights and other health/safety certifications are an asset
