Overview:

L'otus Cake Boutique is currently seeking an experienced Baker Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have practical work experience in the bakery industry or in a kitchen setting. Flexibility to work early mornings, Thursdays to Sundays, and on holidays, are required.

Responsibilities:
Preparation of a variety of baked goods, including production of roll cakes, cake cutting, and/or cake decoration.
Ensuring the use of fresh and high-quality ingredients.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Following recipes and using baking equipment properly.
Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and maintain workflow efficiency.

Requirements:
Previous experience in cake baking or kitchen work
Responsible, diligent, proactive, and passionate about the work
Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and passionate about the work
Able to work flexible schedule, including early mornings, Thursdays to Sundays, and on holidays




Positive attitude and team player with good collaboration skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
Knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and ingredients.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
