Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste and ensure freshness
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by efficiently executing meal preparation tasks
Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold a safe working environment for everyone
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and guest satisfaction
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is preferred but not required; a solid willingness to learn is valued
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling safety practices
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with serving standards and meal presentation is a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
