We are currently preparing for the upcoming winter season 2026/27. This position will not start until the beginning of the winter season.

Lamer Landscaping & Snowplowing Ltd. is seeking an experienced and reliable Snowplow Driver for the winter season.

Requirements:
Extensive, proven experience in the snow removal industry
Experience plowing residential driveways and commercial properties
Robust communication and problem-solving skills
Clean driver’s abstract
Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable
Must be available at all times, including overnight, weekends, and during storm events
Ability to work long hours during heavy snowfall
Some shoveling required (walkways, entrances, tight areas)
Strong attention to detail and safety

Responsibilities:




Snow plowing of assigned residential and commercial properties
Clearing entrances, access points, and designated areas
Performing light shoveling as required
Reporting issues, damages, or concerns promptly
Maintaining qualified conduct with clients and the public

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
