As General

Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, staff, and administrative systems while implementing strategic plans. Your expertise will ensure sound financial practices and the strengthening of community relationships with the Mi'kmaw Chiefs and Councils. Key Responsibilities:
Direct daily operations, including staff supervision and project execution
Implement Board-approved policies, plans, and procedures
Manage project and joint venture relationships effectively




Analyze and support recent project development opportunities
Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance Requirements:
Significant operational leadership experience
Solid project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Experience with Indigenous communities and organizations preferred
