Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and qualified Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, craft high-quality beverages, and ensure excellent customer service. The position requires a strong focus on hospitality, food safety, and efficient service delivery to enhance the overall guest experience.

Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Lightspeed K series.
Take drink orders from guests, ensuring timely and courteous service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities.
Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, addressing any special requests or concerns.
Ensure responsible alcohol service by verifying guest identification and adhering to legal drinking age regulations.
Follow food safety protocols when handling food items or garnishes associated with beverages.




Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple guests efficiently without compromising quality.

Experience
Previous experience working as a bartender in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is highly desirable.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating tabs accurately.
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol serving practices.
Experience in food handling, serving, and hospitality environments is beneficial.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours efficiently.
