Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications with courteous phone etiquette
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a memorable stay
Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software
Conduct nightly audits of daily transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies
Support guest services by answering questions about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options
Ensure the front desk area remains organized,



clean, and welcoming throughout your shift

Requirements
Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; a passion for delivering excellent guest service is essential
Solid phone etiquette skills and experience operating multi-line phone systems are necessary for qualified communication
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction
Ability to work overnight shifts in a rapid-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and front desk procedures is a plus
A positive team player who thrives in a lively setting and demonstrates excellent communication skills

Pay: $19.50-$20.50 per hour
