Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Nova Staffing is seeking a motivated and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team in Moncton. We are looking for a dependable, safety‑minded individual with robust equipment experience. Forklift experience is a must for this position.
Job Responsibilities:
Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility
Assist with daily warehouse operations and workflow management
Support, train, and provide guidance to warehouse team members
Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and according to safety standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assist with inventory movement and general warehouse duties as required
Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous forklift operating experience is required
Prior supervisory, lead hand, or team leadership experience is required
Strong knowledge of warehouse safety practices and procedures
Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced warehouse setting
