Responsibilities
Equipment maintenance and shop upkeep
Make sure all health and safety regulations are followed at all times
Prepare and serve outstanding quality coffee and tea drinks, while building and maintaining an enjoyable rapport with customers
Warming and wrapping up/bagging sandwiches and pastries for customers
Understanding and explaining all the menu offerings in an approachable manner
Handling customer transactions
Observe relevant health and safety standards

Qualifications




Coffee Background (Third wave coffee/semi-automatic espresso machine experience and latte art is a bonus!)
Proficient in milk steaming techniques
Retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred
Ability to multi-task
Ability to problem solve quickly
Solid organizational and communication skills
Flexibility
