Responsibilities
Supervise all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and food handling to ensure quality standards are met consistently
Manage the kitchen team by providing training, conducting interviews, and fostering a positive work workplace that encourages growth and collaboration
Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper storage practices to minimize waste and control costs
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards by implementing rigorous cleanliness protocols

Requirements
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management with a strong background in the food industry
Supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting, including team management and interviewing skills
Extensive knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
Previous restaurant experience in fast-paced environments, including hotel
