Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated male Health Care Aides to provide exceptional support and care to our clients in a home care settings, private homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to improving the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Duties
Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
Support with medication administration following prescribed protocols and safety guidelines
Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed, ensuring dietary requirements are met
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and maintaining a protected workplace
Monitor clients’ health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals or family members
Support clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to prevent falls or injuries




Engage clients in recreational activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation

Qualifications
Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care is highly preferred
Experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those with dementia is advantageous
Knowledge of medication administration protocols is desirable
Compassionate nature with excellent caregiving skills and patience
Ability to perform light cleaning and meal preparation tasks efficiently
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Certification in caregiving or relevant training is a plus but not mandatory
Must be reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
