The ideal candidate will possess a passion for innovative and high-quality cafe faire, preparing and presentation of sandwich,salad and soup dishes.(no deep fryers here)

Responsibilities
Ensure effective food preparation and service
Ensure adherence to our creative menu recipes
Participate in all aspects of food handling, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence
Be able to Collaborate
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times
Embrace professionalism, teamwork, and hospitality within the cafe team
Experience
Experience in a restaurant or hospitality or Yearning to Learn
Background in food preparation, cooking, and food service operations
Knowledge of restaurant practices, food safety standards,NSFS course required
Embrace customer service and hospitality principles
Prior restaurant experience is preferred, and/ or hands-on kitchen experience
Communication skills with a focus on teamwork in fast-paced environment
