As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in making every stay memorable. This position offers variety — from front desk operations to assisting in the bar/restaurant — making every shift engaging and rewarding.

What You’ll Do
Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
Complete check‑ins, check‑outs, and answer hotel phone calls
Manage reservations and provide information on rooms, rates, and amenities
Assist with bar/restaurant service during busy times
Drive the hotel shuttle when needed
Follow all front desk policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For
Hotel front desk experience is required
Knowledge of MICROS and OPERA PMS is an asset




Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, holidays,
Ability to work occasional overnight/night audit shifts
Must have or be able to obtain ProServe Certification
Solid communication skills and a genuine passion for guest service
