We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks within our facility, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the success of our projects. Prior experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. Duties
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed
Support the setup and breakdown of work areas for different projects
Perform general manual labor such as lifting, carrying, and moving supplies or equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site to promote safety and efficiency
Follow safety protocols at all times
Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision when necessary
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
Skills
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks throughout the shift
Ability to follow instructions accurately and adhere to safety guidelines
Positive communication skills to coordinate with team members
Reliability and punctuality in attendance and task completion
Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures (training provided if needed)
Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields is a plus but not required
