Job Summary

Duties
Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, adhering to established standards of hygiene and safety
Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, linens, and other supplies to ensure guest needs are met promptly
Perform floor care duties including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of all surfaces
Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
Conduct routine inspections of rooms and public spaces to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them immediately
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; ensure proper use and storage at all times




Support team members with additional janitorial or custodial tasks as needed to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness

Skills
Proven experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial roles within hotels or hospitality environments
Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning
Familiarity with industrial cleaning tools and supplies to handle various surfaces effectively
Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a quick-paced setting
Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts
Prior experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping management is a plus for those seeking growth opportunities
