As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial & Accounting Analyst to join our Finance team. Responsibilities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Develop financial analyses to support business decisions and operational performance.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting.




Support revenue recognition and expense analysis.
Maintain the general ledger and ensure financial records are accurate and complete.
Assist with GST/HST reporting and regulatory compliance.
Build and maintain financial dashboards and management reports.
Identify opportunities to improve and automate accounting and financial reporting processes.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal controls.
Support internal and external audit activities by preparing documentation and responding to audit requests.
Assist with commission calculations, recurring revenue reporting, and subscription tracking.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Success, and Leadership to provide financial insights and reporting.
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned.
