Snapshot of the Position

At Colemans, we delight in providing our guests with the highest quality product. We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual who is passionate about handling meat and enjoys working and leading in a team environment. If you are interested in providing excellent customer service, growing sales and being part of the management team at our Merrymeeting Road location, we would like to hear from you. The responsibilities of this position would involve the daily management duties performed in the meat department.

What You’ll Do
Direct and supervise all meat department functions
Maintain merchandising and operational standards
Maximize sales and gross profits, and ensuring financial objectives are achieved
Coach and train staff
Other work related duties as assigned by Store Management

Meat experience in a retail environment is not essential, but preferred

Hours of Work

40 hours per week; day, evenings, and weekends as needed
