Carpenter / Renovation Specialist

She Flipped Renovations is looking for a reliable and motivated Carpenter/Renovation Specialist to join our growing team. We specialize in apartment and townhome turnover projects, suite restorations, and residential renovations for property management companies, with a significant amount of our current work located in Edmonton and Red Deer.

Because every project is different, applicants should be comfortable performing a variety of renovation tasks. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities
Install luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring
Perform drywall installation, repairs, mudding, taping, and sanding
Prime and paint walls, ceilings, trim, and doors
Install baseboards, casing, interior doors, and finish carpentry
Complete demolition and preparation work as required
Complete minor framing and general carpentry tasks
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Communicate professionally with tenants, property managers, and team members

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of carpentry or renovation experience (preferred)
Experience installing LVP flooring




Experience with drywall, mudding, taping, sanding, and painting
Experience installing baseboards, casing, and finish trim
Able to work in both vacant and occupied residential units
Comfortable working around tenants while maintaining professionalism
Must have your own basic hand tools
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Able to work independently and as part of a team
