Job Overview
As a back shop attendant, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized back shop area, and assisting with golf equipment and cart operations, including greeting guests, preparing carts for play, and cleaning and storing golf clubs.

Duties
Greet members and guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
Assist customers with golf carts, clubs, and other equipment needs.
Provide information about the course and its facilities.
Help customers load and unload golf bags onto carts.
Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues in a skilled manner.
Maintain the cleanliness of the back shop area and ensure that equipment is properly stored and organized.
Prepare golf carts for play, ensuring they are clean, functional, and ready for use.
Clean and store golf clubs after rounds.




Ensure the driving range is well-maintained and stocked with golf balls.
Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Pro Shop staff or management.

Experience
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Good communication skills.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
A willingness to work as part of a team.
Knowledge of golf or willingness to learn.
Past experience working as a back shop/outside services attendant at a golf course.

Job Types: Full time, Seasonal

Pay: $15.00 per hour
