Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems within multifamily residential buildings
Ensure all electrical work meets applicable building codes, safety standards, and regulations
Work closely with other trades on-site to coordinate installations and maintain project timelines
Diagnose electrical issues and perform troubleshooting to resolve problems efficiently
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and construction drawings
Communicate effectively with supervisors, project managers, and team members regarding project progress and site needs

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in residential wood-frame construction (multifamily experience considered an asset)
Solid understanding of residential electrical systems and components
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Robust problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Robust commitment to safety practices and high-quality workmanship
