Duties
Supervise daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely
Coordinate with supply chain teams to manage inventory levels and ensure timely material availability
Utilize ERP systems such as SAP to monitor production schedules, inventory, and order fulfillment
Implement process improvements using lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste
Oversee quality control procedures to maintain high standards of product quality and compliance
Lead assembly line teams, providing guidance, training,
and motivation to maximize performance
Conduct regular safety inspections, enforce safety protocols, and promote a culture of safety awareness among staff
Skills
Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly and effectively
Experience working with ERP systems like SAP and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) tools for production planning
In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing techniques, and continuous improvement methodologies
Knowledge of supply chain management principles to optimize material flow and inventory levels
Ability to analyze data related to process performance for ongoing process improvement initiatives
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment
