What You’ll Do
Lead the team during shifts and set the tone for service and energy
Ensure every guest is greeted properly and leaves feeling taken care of
Maintain high standards for drinks, service, and cleanliness
Train, coach, and support team members
Keep operations smooth, organized, and efficient during busy rushes
Handle customer situations professionally and confidently
Oversee opening and closing procedures
Enforce SOPs and hold the team accountable

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience in a cafe or barista workplace ONLY (REQUIRED)
Minimum 2 years of café/barista experience (REQUIRED)
First Aid Certification is a MUST
Food Handler Certification is a MUST
