Job Summary

Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements or takeout orders
Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing orders and payments
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained during food handling and serving
Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction
Assist with food serving, and maintaining cleanliness in the front-of-house area




Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure productive service flow and guest satisfaction

Requirements
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Solid customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is desirable
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
