We are currently looking for Full time Ophthalmic Dispensers at our Willow Park, Northgate Village, Beacon Hill and Legacy locations.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
You take frame and facial measurements to ensure correct fit and positioning




You dispense, adjust, repair, and trouble shoot eyeglasses
You advise customers through the process of finding the perfect pair of glasses through honest and confident feedback based on style, function, and fit
You ensure that frame displays are always full, and that product is merchandised to provide our customers with the most amazing experience
Develop relationships with our patients by providing a level of high-end customer service that exceeds our patient’s expectations
Ability to deliver outstanding vision care and customer service
Willingness to learn
You solve problems with an entrepreneurial mindset, by taking initiative, asking questions, and creating winning results through a combination of proactive and analytic behavior.
