We’re Hiring: Front of House Restaurant Manager

Wixan’s Bridge is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and hands-on Front of House Restaurant Manager to lead our team and help create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and support the front of house team.
Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure every guest has a positive experience.
Hire, train, coach, and schedule front of house staff.
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and high service standards.
Assist with inventory, ordering, cash handling, and daily reporting.

Qualifications:
Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience is required.
Robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.




Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Smart Serve Certification (or willingness to obtain).
Experience using Silverware POS is considered a strong asset.
A positive attitude and a commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.
