Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Residential/Commercial Painter to join our team. This role involves spraying trim and door,cabinetry and furniture,applying paint, coatings, and finishes to various interior and exterior surfaces in both residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction painting, restoration, and industrial painting, with the ability to read schematics and blueprints. The position requires excellent communication skills, time management, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work while maintaining safety standards. Duties
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming prior to painting
Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for surface preparation and finishing tasks
Perform restoration work on damaged or aged surfaces to restore them to their original condition
Execute commercial painting projects including large-scale industrial applications




Manage rigging and scaffolding as needed for high or hard-to-reach areas
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and project specifications
Maintain a clean work environment and properly store tools and materials
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project satisfaction and timely completion

Experience
Prior experience in construction painting, residential painting, or commercial/industrial painting is preferred
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, caulking is beneficial
Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients
Ability to manage time efficiently across multiple projects
Experience working with industrial coatings or on large-scale projects is a plus
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
