We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, ensuring food safety, and creating a welcoming environment for our customers. Your ability to manage time effectively and handle cash transactions will be essential in this rapid-paced role.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards
Operate the POS system for processing customer orders and payments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils
Assist with food preparation and serving, ensuring adherence to food safety guidelines
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns




Accurately perform basic math calculations
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation

Requirements
Previous barista experience preferred but not required; training will be provided
Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Experience in the food industry is a plus
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
Basic math skills for transaction processing
Knowledge of food safety practices is essential
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
