In this position you will:
Supervise the shift by ensuring your team has all the tools they need to succeed
Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment
Coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons high standards of operation
Promote a respectful team workplace and manage team members with open communication and understanding
Supervise inventory and ordering
